SAMURAI COTTON PROJECT
Japanese cotton t-shirt constructed from a fabric made with an uneven #10 yarn spun in the same way as Samurai's 17oz “Zero” denim. The weight is 16oz.
'Kuri dark' chestnut colour: Along with black soybeans, the Sasayama area is also famous for its own brand of chestnuts called “Tamba” chestnuts. Samurai have extracted a dye from the astringent skins of these chestnuts and mixed it up to make a really attractive colour, falling somewhere between beige and brown.
